Server List Update

The up-to-date list of the Tier 2 servers is always available at
http://www.aprs2.net/APRServe2.txt.

A backup of the same list is at
http://france.aprs2.net/APRServe2.txt.

However, it is recommended to use the regional DNS addresses.
